探析《伤寒论》中的舍性取用

摘要:

医圣张仲景所着《伤寒论》被尊为“方书之祖”,其立方之法奇妙深奥,舍性取用之法甚是如此。将舍性取用之法与寒热并用之法进行对比,并对运用舍性取用的经方进行分析。运用这种立方方法,可扩大药用范围,提高临床疗效。

Abstract:

The Treatise on Febrile Diseases written by medical sage, ZHANG Zhong-jing, has been honoured as the "forerunner of formula books". His principles of formula composition are fantastic and abstruse, especially in the method of constraining nature and remaining function. This study compares this method and the combined method in treating cold and heat and analyzes the experienced prescriptions in using constraining nature and remaining function. With this prescription method the application range can be expended and the clinical effect can be increased.
