[目的] 研究葛根多糖对2型糖尿病大鼠的治疗作用及作用机制。[方法] 采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)联合高脂饮食饲养诱导2型糖尿病大鼠模型,给予不同剂量的葛根多糖,通过检查体质量变化、空腹血糖含量、胰岛素水平、葡萄糖耐受能力、总胆固醇和甘油三酯等指标,观察其对大鼠模型的治疗作用,同时测定葛根多糖对各组动物肝脏组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响,初步评价其抗氧化作用。[结果] 葛根多糖可以有效改善2型糖尿病大鼠的相关生化指标,同时可以提升肝脏组织中SOD、CAT水平、降低MDA水平。[结论] 葛根多糖具有降血糖和降血脂作用,可能与其抗氧化作用有关。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Puerariae Radix Polysaccharides (PRP) on type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats. [Methods] Diabetic rats induced by high-fat diet with STZ were administered PRP and effects of PRP on body weight, FBG, OGTT, FINS, TG and TC were investigated. Then, the antioxidant effects of PRP were evaluated by detection the levels of SOD, CAT and MDA. [Results] PRP could increase the body weight, and reduce the content of FBG, and enhance FINS level and improve the oral glucose tolerance ability. Meanwhile, TG and TC of diabetic rats were also decreased after PRP treatment. Furthermore, PRP showed an obvious antioxidant effect through increasing SOD, CAT activities and decreasing MDA content in livers. [Conclusion] These results indicated obvious hpyerglycemic and hypolipidemic effects of PRP on diabetic rats and antioxidant effects might be a possible reason for these effects. |
