| [目的] 观察芪蓉润肠口服液治疗老年虚证便秘的临床疗效。[方法] 按随机数字表将120例老年性便秘患者分为3组。治疗1组（40例）服用芪蓉润肠口服液，加用针灸；治疗2组（40例）服用芪蓉润肠口服液；对照组（40例）服用果导片。[结果] 治疗1组、2组均优于对照组（P<0.05），治疗1组总有效率高于治疗2组。[结论] 芪蓉润肠口服液配合针灸治疗 、芪蓉润肠口服液对老年虚证便秘疗效显着。 |

| [Objective] To observe the Qirong Runchang oral liquid clinical curative effect for the treatment of elderly constipation with deficiency syndrome. [Methods] According to random number table, 120 cases of senile constipation patients can be divided into three groups. The treatment group one(40 cases) treate with Qirong Runchang oral liquid, plus acupuncture; the treatment group two (40 cases) Qirong Runchang oral liquid; the control group (40 cases) taking fruit guide. [Results] Group one, group two were better than control group (P<0.05), and the total effective rate of group one is better than groups two. [Conclusion] Qirong Runchang oral liquid with acupuncture treatment, and Qirong Runchang oral liquid on curative effect of elderly constipation with deficiency syndrome is distinct. |
