摘要:

通过报道痰热清注射液致过敏性休克1例，分析过敏性休克发生的一般规律、临床特点及原因，提示临床应高度重视痰热清注射液致不良反应的监测，及时发现及时处理，确保用药的安全有效，尽量降低不良反应造成的严重后果，为临床合理用药提供参考。

Abstract:

Through a case report of allergic shock induced by Tanreqing injection happened in our hospital, the general rule for inducing allergic shock, clinical characteristics and the reason were analyzed. It was suggested that physicians must pay great attention to the monitoring of the adverse reaction induced by Tanreqing injection, and has pledged that the drugs they used were safe and effective for reducing the serious consequences of adverse reaction. This result will provide some references for its clinical application.
