原子吸收分光光度法测定消岩颗粒中重金属含量

摘要:
[目的] 建立原子吸收分光光度法测定消岩颗粒中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)重金属含量的方法。[方法] 样品经湿法消解后,Pb、Cd的的含量采用石墨炉法原子吸收分光光度法测定,检测波长分别为283.5、229.1 nm;As、Hg的含量采用氢化物法原子吸收分光光度法测定,检测波长分别为194、254 nm;Cu的含量采用火焰法原子吸收分光光度法测定,检测波长分别为325 nm。[结果] 10批消岩颗粒成品重金属含量均符合要求。[结论] 本法简单,快速,准确且有较高的可重复性。

Determination of heavy metal content in Xiaoyan granules by atomic absorption spectrophotometry

Abstract:
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of the content Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cu in Xiaoyan granules by atomic ab-sorption spectrophotometry. [Methods] After the samples were digested by wet, lead, cadimium content were determined by graphite du-rance atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and the detection wavelength was 283.5, 229.1; the content of arsenic, mercury was deter-mined by hydride generation atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and the detection wavelength was 194 nm, 254 nm; the content of copper was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and the detection wavelength was 325 nm. [Results] The metal content in the ten batch of Xiaoyan granule was all accorded with the requirement. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, accurate and has high repeatability.
