复方中药痤疮凝胶对兔耳痤疮模型治疗作用的实验研究

摘要:

[目的] 采用Kligman法，建立兔耳痤疮模型，观察复方中药痤疮凝胶对兔耳实验性痤疮的治疗作用。[方法] 煤焦油稀释液（95%乙醇配成的2%浓度煤焦油溶液）外涂于兔耳内侧导管开口处2 cm×2 cm范围，连续14 d.肉眼及病理确认兔耳痤疮造模成功。造模成功后将兔随机分为A、B、C 三组，分别于皮损处外涂5%浓度复方中药痤疮凝胶、10%浓度复方中药痤疮凝胶、维A酸乳膏治疗。治疗两周后，根据分级标准对兔耳痤疮进行分级，统计学分析复方中药痤疮凝胶对兔耳痤疮模型的治疗作用。[结果] 治疗两周后，维A酸组与5%、10%浓度复方中药痤疮凝胶组与治疗前相比均取得显着效果，但三组疗效间比较无显着性差异。[结论] 复方中药痤疮凝胶对实验性兔耳痤疮模型有确切治疗效果。

Abstract:

[Objective] To establish an acne model of rabbit ear and then observe the therapeutic effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine acne gel. [Methods] Pix carbonis dilution (2% concentration of pix carbonis solution with 95% concentration of alcohol) was applied to inside surface of rabbit ears for successive 14 days to prepare the experimental acne model on rabbit ear. The models were confirmed by both naked eye and pathology examination. They were then divided into group A, B, and C randomly, applying 5% acne gel, 10% acne gel and tretinoin to the lesions respectively. After treatment for two weeks, the acne was classified according to a standard and the therapeutic effects was compared between these three groups. [Results] In contrast, these three treatments showed remarkable therapeutic effects compared with before. But the differences among three groups were not significant. [Conclusion] Compound Chinese medicine acne gel has a specific therapeutic effect on experimental rabbit ear acne models.
