摘要:

通过对龚廷贤7部医著的梳理，总结出龚廷贤关于肿瘤相关疾病的治疗原则为扶正祛邪、调整阴阳和治病求本，由病因病机推断及以方测证归纳出不同类疾病的内治法：攻法、补法、和法、温法、清法、下法、泻法、消法及多种治法的综合运用，凝练出龚廷贤的学术特点：师古而不泥古，寓继承与发扬为一体。对现代肿瘤的理论及临床研究具有重要的指导意义与参考价值。

Abstract:

Through carding the seven parts of the medical books by GONG Ting-xian, it was summarized that the rule of therapeutic principle and method about tumor was strengthening vital Qi and eliminating pathogenic factors, regulating Yin and Yang and treating aimed at the pathogenesis of disease. From the deduction of pathogenic reasons and pathogenesis and measuring the syndrome from prescriptions the interior therapy with different kinds was summarized. They were attacking pathogen, reinforcing, regulating, warming therapy, heat-clearing method, purging and resolving method and their combined use. The therapeutic principle and method about tumor of GONG Ting-xian was extracted. They were studying from teacher without blind following, combining inheritance and innovation together. It has an important instructive significance and reference value for the modern theory and clinical research in treating tumor.
