| [目的] 探讨旋转复位法治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床疗效。[方法] 对45例桡骨远端不稳定骨折的患者采用旋转复位的治疗方法，并施以夹板固定，观察其效果。[结果] 桡骨远端不稳定骨折愈合的情况良好。[结论] 旋转复位法治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的治疗效果满意可靠，适宜推广应用。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of revolving reposition method on unstable distal radius fracture. [Methods] The 45 cases of unstable distal radius fractures were treated by revolving reposition method and splint fixation, to observe the effect. [Results] The unstable distal radius fracture healing in good condition. [Conclusion] Effect of revolving reposition method on unstable distal radius fracture is reliable, suitable for application. |
