摘要:

[目的] 采用多指标法研究并建立前胡质量评价系统，进而对不同产地前胡质量进行差异性分析。[方法] 对前胡水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和醇溶性浸出物分别进行测定，并且采用高效液相色谱法同时测定前胡中白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素的含量，将各个指标与含量相结合，建立前胡质量评价体系，并对不同产地前胡进行差异性分析和评价。[结果] 不同产地前胡质量虽有差异，但均能符合《中国药典》2010版规定。[结论] 多指标结合含量测定的质量评价体系可用于不同产地前胡的等级评价，可以为扩大前胡的种植、栽培提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

[Objective] To establish a multi-index system for comprehensive evaluating the quality of Radix Peucedani and analyzing the quality differences in Radix Peucedani from different habitats.[Methods] The moisture content, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, ethanol-soluble extracts and the contents of praeruptorin A and B of Radix Peucedani from different habitats were detected by HPLC. Then combining the indexes mentioned above a quality evaluation system for Radix Peucedani was established, which could be used to assess the quality for Radix Peucedani from different habitats.[Results] The detection results of moisture content, ash, acid-insoluble ash and contents of praeruptorin A and B indicated that these contents in all samples were met the standard of Chinese Pharmacopeia 2010 edition.[Conclusion] The quality of Radix Peucedani from different habitats can be assessed and controlled by the quality evaluation system established by multipoint test in this research.
