| [目的] 观察壮骨1号方镇痛和抗炎作用.[方法] 采用小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法,观察壮骨1号方的镇痛作用;采用木瓜蛋白酶缓释剂法建立大鼠关节炎模型,观察壮骨1号方的抗炎作用.[结果] 壮骨1号方3.08、1.54 g/kg剂量能明显延长热板所致的小鼠舔后足时间(60 min,19.78 s,P<0.05和20.56 s,P<0.01)、(90 min,20.67 s和20.56 s,P<0.05),显著减少小鼠扭体反应的次数(P<0.01);壮骨1号方各剂量能明显减少大鼠白细胞数和中性粒细胞数(P<0.01),降低大鼠关节周围软组织IL-6含量(P<0.01)、降低关节液IL-6和前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量(P<0.01).[结论] 壮骨1号方具有明显的镇痛和抗炎作用. |

| [Objective] To observe the effects of Zhuanggu Yihao prescription in the analgesia and anti-inflammatory action. [Methods] Using the method of mouse hot plate and acetic acid writhing the analgesia of Zhuanggu Yihao prescription was observed; papain was injected into rat's knee joints to establish the animal model of osteoarthritis and to observe the anti-inflammation by Zhuanggu Yihao prescription. [Results] The pain caused by the hot plate was significantly extended in Zhuanggu Yihao prescription of 3.08, 1.54g/kg dose group (60 min, 19.78 s, P<0.05 and 20.56 s, P<0.01), (90 min, 20.67s and 20.56 s, P<0.05), and the number of writhing was reduced in Zhuanggu Yihao prescription of 3.08, 1.54g/kg dose group (P<0.01). Zhuanggu Yihao prescription could obviously reduce the leukocyte count and neutrophil count (P<0.01), and reduce the contents of IL-6 in the soft tissue homogenate(P<0.01)and reduce the contents of IL-6 and PGE2 in synovial fluid(P<0.01). [Conclusion] Zhuanggu Yihao prescription has significant analgesia and anti-inflammatory effect. |
