[目的] 观察红树莓原液对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫调节作用,探讨红树莓原液提高机体免疫功能的作用机制。[方法] 测定红树莓原液对免疫抑制小鼠脾脏、胸腺指数的影响。应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测免疫抑制小鼠血清γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-4(IL-4)水平及计算IFN-γ/IL-4比值。[结果] 红树莓原液对免疫抑制小鼠脾脏和胸腺指数下降有明显抑制作用,可显着提高小鼠血清IFN-γ、IL-4水平,降低IFN-γ/IL-4比值。[结论] 红树莓原液对免疫抑制小鼠具有免疫增强作用。 |

[Objective] By observing immunosuppressive effects of Red Raspberries juice in immunosuppressed mice, investigate mechanism of Red Raspberry improves immunological function. [Methods] The spleen and thymus index of immunosuppressed mice were detected. The IFN-γ and IL-4 levels of serum in mice were detected by ELISA method and th IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio were calculated. [Results] Red Raspberries juice has significant inhibitory effects on immunosuppressed mice thymus and spleen index declined; and the serum IFN-γ and IL-4 levels were significantly increased, IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio markedly decreased. [Conclusion] Red Raspberries juice had a certain effect on heightening immunity. |
