[目的] 探讨名老中医经验方栀芪降糖饮改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗(IIR)的作用机制。[方法] 50只雄性SD大鼠采用高脂高糖饲料加小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射造模。观察栀芪降糖饮对实验性2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血脂包括甘油三酯(TC)、胆固醇(TG)、 高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、血清脂肪细胞因子包括脂联素、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、抵抗素、游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平的影响,以及对各组大鼠胰腺病理改变的影响。[结果] 栀芪降糖饮高、低剂量组均能调节血糖和血清胰岛素水平,提高ISI,降低HOMA-IR;能够调节血脂紊乱,增加血清脂联素含量,降低血清FFA、TNF-α、抵抗素水平,并且对大鼠胰腺病理改变有不同程度修复与改善,其作用水平与阳性对照药物吡格列酮相当,与模型组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05).[结论] 栀芪降糖能够改善2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗,用药安全可靠,值得临床推广。 |

[Objective] To discuss the action mechanism of Zhiqi Jiangtang Yin, which from The old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine experience formula, improving insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes rats.[Methods] To build type 2 diabetes rat model of insulin resistance, feeding 50 SD rats with high sugar high fat diet for 4 weeks later,giving the low-dose injection of streptozotoein. Detect rats fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (FINS), blood lipid (TC, TG, HDL, LDL) levels, insulin sensitive index (ISI), indexes of insulin resistance (HOMA IR), evaluate its influence on glyco-lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes insulin resistance. Detect rats serum adipocyte factor levels, including adiponectin, TNF-α, resistin, FFA, and observe each group of rats pancreatic pathological changes. To discuss the action mechanism of Zhiqi Jiangtang Yin improving insulin resistance and increasing insulin sensitivity of type 2 diabetes rats. [Results] Zhiqi Jiangtang Yin high and low dose group both can regulate blood sugar and serum insulin levels, improve the ISI, lower HOMA-IR.Can regulate blood lipid disorders, increase serum adiponectin levels, reduce serum FFA, TNF alpha, resistin level, improve and repair on pancreatic pathological changes, compared with the model group had significant difference (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Zhiqi Jiangtang Yin has great therapeutic effect to type 2 diabetes rats of insulin resistance. It is safety and reliable, which worthy of clinical promotion. |
