| 胆汁反流性胃炎(BRG),又称碱性反流性胃炎、十二指肠胃反流病,是一种特殊类型的慢性胃炎,是由于幽门功能不全或胃、十二指肠运动功能失调,含胆汁的十二指肠内容物反流入胃,而引起的胃黏膜炎症性病变。运用中医药对本病治疗可以取得了满意的临床疗效。文章对国内近3年有关中医药治疗BRG进行综述。 |

| Abstract: |
| Bile reflux gastritis (BRG), also known as alkaline reflux gastritis, duodenogastric reflux, is a special type of chronic gastritis. BRG is an inflammatory lesions of gastric mucosa that caused by pyloric insufficiency or abnormal gastric and duodenal motility leading to duodenal contents containing bile refluxes from duodenum into stomach. The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on BRG has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy. This article summarized TCM treatment on BRG that takes place in China in recent three years. |
