| [目的] 探讨丹参静脉制剂致药品不良反应(ADR)的规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。[方法] 检索1979年1月-2014年12月报道丹参静脉制剂致ADR的文献进行分析。[结果] 丹参静脉制剂的ADR主要为全身性反应(44.3%)、皮肤系统损害(15.6%)、心脑血管系统损害(13.5%)等,具体表现为过敏性休克、寒颤、皮疹、高热、胸闷、心悸等。[结论] 丹参静脉制剂引发的ADR较为常见,临床使用时应及时处理、加强对患者的监护,以确保患者用药安全,提高临床治疗水平。 |

| [Objective] To investigate rules and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by Danshen intravenous preparation, and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. [Methods] We searched and analyzed the literatures of ADR induced by Danshen intravenous preparation, which reported in January 1979-December 2014. [Results] ADR induced by Danshen intravenous preparation mainly were systemic reaction(44.3%), dermal system(15.6%), the cardiovascular system(13.5%), and the specific performance such as anaphylactic shock, shivering, rash, high fever, chest tightness, palpitation and so on. [Conclusion] ADR induced by Danshen intravenous preparation was more common in clinical. The using of them should be treated promptly, strengthen the patient's care, ensure patient medication safety and improve clinical level treatment. |
