摘要:

肿瘤疾病的发生发展是正气内虚与邪气亢盛相互作用的结果。正邪之间的博弈处于动态变化,存在于整个肿瘤的发展过程中,并且在不同过程和阶段有所不同。在肿瘤发展变化过程中存在着一种特殊情况,患者病发初起,虽正气已虚但邪气异常亢盛,病情加速进展。此时可遵循“有故无殒,亦无殒”的治疗原则攻逐亢盛的邪气,但应谨守“衰其大半而止”的原则,不可过度攻邪,否则会导致机体陷入另一种失衡状态。
