微波配合中药治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效观察

摘要:

[目的] 探讨微波治疗肝肾亏虚型类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。[方法] 将60例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为对照组(中药组)和治疗组(微波配合中药组),以14 d为观察周期,比较治疗前后晨僵时间,关节疼痛个数,血沉(ESR)和类风湿因子(RF)变化及两组临床疗效的比较。[结果] 晨僵、关节疼痛个数、RF、ESR两组组内治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);晨僵、关节疼痛个数治疗后两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);RF、ESR治疗后两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中药组的总有效率为83.3%,微波配合中药组总有效率为93.3%,两组总有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。[结论] 微波配合中药治疗可改善类风湿关节炎的临床症状和实验指标,且未发现不良反应。

Abstract:

[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of microwave on rheumatoid arthritis with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome. [Methods] The 60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly assigned for traditional Chinese medicine control group and treatment group treated by microwave combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Observation period was half a month, to compare the time of morning stiffness. The number of joint pain, ESR and RF changed before and after treatment and clinical curative effect between two group. [Results] Compared morning stiffness, joint pain, RF, ESR of two groups before and after treatment had significant difference(P<0.05); compared morning stiffness, the number of joint pain between two groups after treatment with significant difference(P<0.05); compared RF, ESR between two groups after treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05). The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 83.3%, and the total effective rate of microwave combined with Chinese medicine group was 93.3%. The efficacy of microwave combined with Chinese medicine was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The microwave combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and the experimental index of rheumatoid arthritis, and no adverse reactions are found.
