| [目的] 观察针刺治疗动眼神经麻痹的临床疗效。[方法] 将61例符合纳入标准的动眼神经麻痹患者按随机数字表的方法,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组32例,采用荣养经筋针刺法;对照组29例,采用常规针刺法治疗,共治疗28 d。比较治疗前后瞳孔、眼裂大小及复视情况,并统计临床疗效。[结果] 两组患者经治疗后,主要症状均得到不同程度缓解,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论] 荣养经筋针刺法治疗动眼神经麻痹,疗效显著值得临床推广。 |

| [Objective] To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treating the patients with oculomotor nerve paralysis. [Methods] 61 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group(32 cases) received acupuncture therapy of Nourishing Jingjin and the control group(29 cases)received routine acupuncture method, statistic the results after 28 days of therapy. To compare the size of pupil and palpebral fissure, double vision between two groups and statistic clinical efficacy. [Results] Two groups of patients got effect in relieving symptoms. The observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The acupuncture therapy of Nourishing Jingjin can get significant effect on treating the patient of oculomotor nerve paralysis and worthy of clinical promotion. |
