[目的] 研究淫羊藿叶的化学成分。[方法] 综合运用溶剂法提取、萃取、正相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、反相ODS以及制备高效液相色谱等分离纯化方法,对淫羊藿叶化学成分进行分离,通过质谱、核磁共振波谱等方法鉴定各单体化合物结构。[结果] 从淫羊藿干燥叶的95%乙醇提取物(V/V)中共分离鉴定7个化合物,分别为2,3,4,6,7-五甲氧基-菲(1)、4,5,-二羟基-2,3,6-三甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲(2)、5,7,4'-三甲氧基-4-苯基香豆素(3)、3,5,7,4'-四甲氧基黄酮(4)、4-羟基-3-异戊二烯基-苯甲酸(5)、4-羟基肉桂酸甲酯(6)、4-羟基-(2E)-2-壬烯酸(7)。[结论] 化合物1~7均为首次从淫羊藿属分离得到化合物。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To investigate chemical constituents from the leave of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.[Methods] The compounds were purified by solvents extracting and several column chromatography, including silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and preparative HPLC.Their structures were identified by MS and NMR spectra.[Results] Seven compounds were separated from 95% ethanol(V/V) extract of E.brevicornu and identified as 2, 3, 5, 6, 7-pentamethoxy-phenanthrene(1), 4, 5-dihydroxy-2, 3, 6-trimethoxy-9, 10-dihydrophenanthrene(2), 5, 7, 4'-trimethoxy-4-phenylcoumarin(3), 3, 5, 7, 4'-tetramethoxyflavone(4), 4-hydroxy-3-prenylbenzoic acid(5), 4-Hydroxycinnamic acid methyl ester(6), and(2E)-2-nonenoic acid, 4-hydroxy(7).[Conclusion] Compound 1~7 were obtained from genus of Epimedium for the first time. |
