浅谈五苓散的临证活用

摘要:

探讨五苓散证的病机,认为其当为水停三焦,气化不利,而不仅仅是水蓄膀胱。并由此病机阐发了五苓散的临证运用,认为凡是由三焦气化不利,水饮(湿)内停所导致的疾病,如水肿、泄泻、湿疹等,皆可灵活使用该方复三焦气化,导水饮(湿)之邪外出,不必拘泥于是否水蓄膀胱。

Abstract:

This report analyzes the pathogeneses of diseases the classical Chinese medicine formulae Poria powder with five herbs mainly attends to, and finds that they are not only for the accumulation of fluid in bladder, but also for bad gasification as a result of the accumulated body fluid in triple energizer. Upon the analysis, symptoms caused by bad gasification of the triple energizer and poor metabolism of the body fluid, such as diseases of edema, diarrhea and eczema, can all be treated by promoting gasification of the triple energizer. With application of this classical prescription respectively, the damp evil can be retarded. Thus the prescription can be applied more than the pathology of accumulation of fluid in bladder.
