| 通过追本溯源，系统阐释“宁失其穴，勿失其经”的理论内涵，并通过列举临床选取委中穴进行长期针刺治疗疾病的过程中所出现的局部损伤这一不良事件以及通过详细介绍委中穴局部解剖，将“宁失其穴，勿失其经”具体理论应用于临床针刺选取委中穴变通中，并且系统阐述避开委中穴而选取委中穴上2寸（“委中上”，同身寸）的原因和依据。 |

| By tracing the origin, systematically illustrate the theoretical connotation of "Rather Missing the Acupoint than Missing the Meridian", and by listing the emergence of adverse event that there are some partial damage in the process of acupuncture at Weizhong (BL 40) for a long-term treatment of the disease,and by introducing detailed the local anatomy of Weizhong (BL 40), apply the theory of "Rather Missing the Acupoint than Missing the Meridian" to clinical acupuncture in selecting Weizhong(BL 40), and also systematically expounded the reasons and basis why avoid Weizhong(BL 40) and select two inches above weizhong ("Weizhongshang", body cun). |
