大马勃及大口静灰球的抗炎镇痛作用比较研究

摘要:

[目的] 比较大马勃及大口静灰球的抗炎镇痛作用，为区分马勃真伪的必要性提供依据。[方法] 分别采用二甲苯致小鼠右耳肿胀、蛋清致大鼠足肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验观察大马勃及大口静灰球的抗炎作用。采用醋酸扭体法、酒石酸锑钾扭体法和热板法观察药物镇痛作用。[结果] 大马勃的抗炎作用明显高于混淆品大口静灰球，大口静灰球没有明显的镇痛作用。[结论] 大马勃与其混淆品大口静灰球在抗炎、镇痛作用方面都存在一定的差异。

Abstract:

[Objective] To compare the Calvatia gigantea and Bovistella sinensis lloyd on anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and provide the basis for the necessity to distinguish the authenticity of Calvatia gigantea.[Methods] The anti-inflammatory effect was observed by mice right ear swelling model induced by dimethybenzene, rat paw swelling model induced by albumen, and the cotton ball granuloma of rat. The analgesic action was observed by mice acetic acid and antimony potassium tartrate writhing test, and hot plate test.[Results] Anti-inflammatory effects of Calvatia gigantea was obviously higher than that of adulterant Bovistella sinensis lloyd. Bovistella sinensis lloyd has no obvious analgesic action.[Conclusion] Calvatia gigantea and adulterant Bovistella sinensis lloyd have some differences in the anti-inflammation and analgesic actions.
