| 缓慢性心律失常中医辨证多属阴血不足、气阳无力，临床运用炙甘草汤加减治疗，多获良效。对炙甘草汤方解药效、现代药理及临床应用进行了分析与总结，探讨了中医药在缓慢性心律失常治疗中的良好疗效与潜在优势。 |

| The chronic arrhythmia belongs to Yin blood deficiency, Qi and Yang weakness by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome differentiation. It has good effect of using Zhigancao decoction in treatment of chronic arrhythmia in clinic. In the article we analyzed and summarized of efficacy modern pharmacology and clinical application of Zhigancao decoction, to explore good curative effect and potential advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic arrhythmia. |
