| 对张洪义教授治疗内科杂病所常用的升清降浊学说进行总结，通过对张洪义教授学术观点的总结及临证案例的探讨，认为气机的升降与机体各脏腑间的关系紧密，核心内容主要包括心肾相交、脾胃升降、龙虎回环、重视理气在调升降中的作用等方面，张洪义教授在内科杂病的诊治过程中重视调理人体气机升降，常常获得良好的疗效，可资同道参考。 |

| This article summarizes the theory of the treatment in internal disease used ascending the clear and descending the turbid from Professor Zhang Hong-yi. It is known that the promotion and demotion of Qi is relevant to Zang and Fu and the core include intercourse between heart and kidney, ascending and descending of spleen and stomach and the circulation of Long Hu through summing up the academic viewpoint and clinical experience from Professor Zhang Hong-yi. The curative effect in practicing this theory is obvious and reproducible. |
