| 介绍马融教授治疗遗传性癫痫伴热性惊厥附加症的经验。根据小儿“肺常虚”的生理特点，以及风-热-痰之间的密切相关性，提出遗传性癫痫伴热性惊厥附加症多属热痫，病变部位在肺，常涉及心肝，病机关键在于每因外感风热，外风引动内风，触动夙痰，风痰上涌，内蒙心窍，外闭经络，治以疏风散热，豁痰止痉，采用银翘散化裁。 |

| This article presents Professor MA Rong's experience in the treatment of generalized epilepsy with febrile seizures plus (GEFS+). According to the children's physiological characteristics of "Lung often deficiency", and the close correlation between wind, heat and phlegm, he introduces that GEFS+ mostly belongs to pyretic epilepsy. The lesion of GEFS+ is in the lung, often involving heart and liver. And the key mechanism is that the exogenous wind actuates the liver wind, because of exogenous wind-heat, touching the deep-lying phlegm, and then excessive phlegm combining with the liver wind gives rise to mental confusion and limb convulsions. So Professor MA Rong adopts the method of expelling wind-heat, eliminating phlegm and relieving convulsion, and prescribes the modified Yinqiao powder. |
