| [目的]评价海桐伸筋透骨汤治疗早、中期膝骨性关节炎的疗效。[方法]118例膝骨性关节炎患者采用随机、平行对照的试验方法，分为对照组和观察组，对照组单纯使用玻璃酸钠注射治疗，观察组在对照组基础上使用海桐伸筋透骨汤热敷治疗，5周为1个疗程。治疗后，观察临床疗效，视觉模拟（VAS）评分变化及Lequesne指数评分变化。[结果]对照组总有效率为74.6%，观察组总有效率为95%，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。在VAS评分和Lequesne指数评分中休息痛、运动痛、压痛、肿胀、晨僵及行走能力及总积分方面，观察组均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。[结论]海桐伸筋透骨汤治疗早、中期膝骨性关节炎有明显疗效，中西医结合疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎具有明显优势。 |

| [Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of Haitong Shenjin Tougu decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis.[Methods] One hundred and eighteen patients entered a randomized controlled study for five weeks. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 59 cases in each group. Treatment group received Haitong Shenjin Tougu decoction and Sodium hyaluronate, control group received Sodium hyaluronate. Change of clinical effect, Lequesne and VAS score was observed after treatment.[Results] Total effective rate was 74.6% in control group and 95% in treatment group. Total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). VAS score and Lequesne index and the improvement of symptoms scores in treatment group was significantly better than control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Haitong Shenjin Tougu decoction has a significant effect in treating prophase or metaphase knee osteoarthritis. Integrative of Chinese and Western medicine therapy for knee osteoarthritis has obvious advantages. |
