摘要: |
丹参是一味常用中药,数百年来广泛用于对心血管疾病的治疗。总结近10年国内外的研究成果,按照丹参的不同有效成分,第1次从血管舒张的角度说明丹参的作用机制;并结合运用IPA(生物反应路径分析)构建的血管舒缩网络通路图,从细胞和组织水平分析丹参对血管活性作用靶标的差异,以说明丹参在血管活性研究方面的现状和前景。 |

Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix (SMR) is a common Chinese materia medica,which has been widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in China and East Asia.We collected literatures published in recent decade on vasodilator effects by SMR and its active components.Using IPA pathway analysis software,we further analyzed their interaction targets at cellular and molecular level,in order to illustrate the status and prospects on vasoactive research of SMR. |
