2型糖尿病(T2DM)是一种多基因遗传的代谢性疾病,其主要病、生理特征为胰岛素抵抗(IR),而骨骼肌是IR的主要靶器官。骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗的发生发展机制与PI3K/AKT信号转导通路有着密切的关系。临床及实验研究显示,中药复方及中药有效成分可改善骨骼肌IR,防治T2DM。因此,本文就近年来中药复方和中药有效成分通过PI3K/AKT信号通路改善T2DM的骨骼肌IR的机制进行综述。 |

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a kind of metabolic disease caused by polygenic inheritance. The main pathophysiological characteristics of T2DM is insulin resistance (IR), and musculi skeleti is the main part of IR. The development mechanism of musculi skeleti insulin resistance correlates to PI3K/AKT signal pathways. Clinical and experimental research shows that Chinese medicine compound and active ingredient can control IR of musculi skeleti and help to prevent and treat T2DM. Therefor, this article discussed the improvement of musculi skeleti IR with Chinese medicine compound and active ingredient by PI3K/AKT pathway. |
