Abstract: |
[Objective] This experiment selected radix aucklandiae as principal drug of Weichang'an pills. By analyzing principal component and pharmacological effects, it was probed pharmacodynamic material basis of Weichang'an pills and contrast radix aucklandiae formula particles and decoction pharmacodynamic differences, evaluate the equivalence objectively.[Methods] This experiment adopt infrared spectrometry(IR) and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) to analyze all the components and principal component content of radix aucklandiae. By gastric emptying and intestinal propellant movement, hot plate reaction and rotating body reaction probing the mechanism of regulation and equivalent evaluation of formula particles.[Results] Radix aucklandiae can reduce the of rategastric remnant, improve the rate of propeling carbon powder in small intestin. There was no significant difference between radix aucklandiae decoction and formula particles.[Conclusion] Radix aucklandiae can relieve pain by promoting gastrointestinal peristalsis and adjusting the gastrointestinal dynamia. Although formula particles and decoction have some differences in kinds and contents, but the effect is similar. |
