中西医联合治疗复杂前列腺增生症的疗效观察

摘要:

[目的] 经尿道前列腺激光汽化切除术联合中医药对高龄高危前列腺增生症患者的疗效观察。[方法] 所有130例患者均给予经尿道前列腺激光汽化切除术、中药离子导入和口服中药联合治疗。分别观察手术时间、术后留置尿管时间、下尿路症状、手术前后的国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、生活质量评分（QOL）、最大尿流率Qmax、残余尿量和住院时间。[结果] 130例患者手术均取得成功，平均手术时间为（69±25）min，术后留置尿管时间（41±18）h；IPSS术后1个月为（9.4±2.3）分，术后3个月为（7.6±1.2）分；术后QOL、Qmax和残余尿量均明显改善。平均住院时间（7.5±1.3）d.[结论] 该法是高龄、高危老年男性前列腺增生症的一种安全有效的治疗方法，明显降低了膀胱造瘘率，明显提高了此类患者的生活质量。

Abstract:

[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral resection of the prostate laser vaporization combined with traditional Chinese medicine for elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. [Methods] All 130 patients were treated with transurethral laser vaporization resection, traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis and oral medicine. The operation time, postoperative indwelling catheter time, lower urinary tract symptoms, preoperative and postoperative IPSS score, QOL score, Qmax, residual urine volume, length of hospital stay were observed. [Results] The group of 130 patients were successful surgery. Mean operative time was (69±25) min. The indwelling catheter time was (41±18) h. International prostate symptom score(IPSS) was (9.4 ±2.3) after a month and (7.6±1.2) after 3 months. The postoperative quality of life (QOL), Qmax and rensidual urine were significantly improved. The average length of stay was (7.5±1.3) days. [Conclusion] This method is a safe and effective method in elderly men at high risk prostatic hyperplasia.
