摘要:

呕吐为脾胃系疾病的常见病。从古至今用以治疗呕吐的方剂不计其数，以经方治疗此病，只要善抓主证，辨证准确，则有桴鼓之效。作者在门诊收集到以经方治疗呕吐病的三则医案，通过对验案的辨析，体会应用经方治疗本病的辨证论治思路。

Abstract:

Vomit is very common in spleen and stomach diseases. There are countless of preions used to treat vomit in all ages, classical preions chosen to treat vomit could have showed great effect provided with the main symptoms and the syndrome type identified accurately. This article consists of three cases that were recorded by the authors during the outpatient service of Dr. LOW SU GEH. These cases record the using of classical preions for the treatment of vomit. The authors successfully understand the treatment according to syndrome differentiation by using the classical preions after analysing these three cases.
