| 随着中医药研究的深入，以人体为受试对象进行的中医药临床研究越来越广泛，在此过程中必然涉及到受试者的利益与风险，因此在中医药临床研究中必须重视伦理学问题。在考虑研究合理性和科学性的同时，应把确保受试者的健康和权益放在第一位。从中医药临床研究过程中出现的若干伦理问题入手，对其现状和解决办法进行了初步探讨，旨在提高中医药临床研究的伦理学质量。 |

| As the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) research, TCM clinical research should attach importance on ethical issues, as it takes the human for the research subjects and the clinical research activities definitely involve the benefits and risks to the subjects. As considering the reasonable and scientificity of the research, we should put the patients' health and rights in the first place. This study explores some problems of ethics in the course of TCM clinical research, discusses the present situation and the solution, in order to improve the ethics of TCM clinical research. |
