| 摘要: |
| [目的]建立苦豆子多糖特征图谱。[方法]采用1-苯基-3-甲基本5-吡唑酮（PMP）柱前衍生化高效液相色谱（HPLC）法对苦豆子多糖进行单糖组成分析。[结果]苦豆子多糖特征图谱由7个共有峰组成，为甘露糖、葡萄糖、鼠李糖、半乳糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖以及1个未鉴定出的单糖。[结论]柱前衍生化HPLC法建立多糖的特征图谱操作简便、准确、重复性良好，为苦豆子多糖的质量评价提供了依据。 |

| [Objective] To establish specific chromatogram of Sophora alopecuroides L. polysaccharides.[Methods] The monosaccharide composition of Sophora alopecuroides L. polysaccharides was determined by pre-column derivation HPLC method.[Results] There were 7 peaks from the fingerprint which were mannose, glucose, rhamnose, galactose, xylose arabinose and an unidentifiable monosaccharide respectively.[Conclusion] The pre-column derivation HPLC method establishing specific chromatogram is a simple, accurate and reproducible. And the study can provide evidence for quality evaluation of Sophora alopecuroides L. polysaccharides. |
