| 摘要: |
| [目的] 探讨柴珠磁龙汤对卒中后抑郁患者的疗效及其对神经功能康复的影响。[方法] 将84例卒中后抑郁患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，均给予基础治疗，治疗组给予柴珠磁龙汤治疗，对照组给予黛力新治疗。[结果] 治疗组在4周末和8周末汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分均较治疗前有明显下降（P<0.01），改良的生活能力指数（MBI）均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。[结论] 柴珠磁龙汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效可靠，且有助于提高日常生活功能。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the effect of Chaizhu Cilong decoction on post-stroke depression and its effect on neurological rehabilitation.[Methods] The 84 cases of post-stroke depression were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Both of groups were given basic treatment. The treatment group was given the Chaizhu Cilong decoction. The control group received the treatment of Deanxit.[Results] The Hamilton Depression Scale scores of treatment group in 4 weeks and 8 weeks were significantly decreased (P<0.01). The Modified Barthel Index(MBI) were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Chaizhu Cilong decoction is effective in the treatment of post-stroke depression, and it is helpful to improve the function of daily life. |
