培土生金法之合方在临床中的应用

摘要:

培土生金法是依据五行相生的理论，通过培补脾土达到治疗肺脏亏虚目的的治疗方法。合方是由两首及两首以上固有方剂相合而构成的新方剂。在临床上，培土生金法则大多是通过单方的方式实现的。依据培土生金法则，探讨培土生金合方在临床上的运用。结果发现，按照培土生金法则进行合方，可以弥补单方在治疗时的不足，不仅可以增强单方疗效、还可以产生单方基础上的新疗效。五行生克的法则，不仅在中医藏象、诊断等理论中具有重要作用，在方剂的合方使用过程中也具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:

The principle of strengthening earth to generate metal is based on the theory of the five elements. It is a method of reinforcing the spleen to benefit the lung and to treat the lung deficiency. The compound prescription is a kind of special prescription, which is a new formula formed by the combination of two inherent prescriptions. Based on the above principle, we discuss how to use the combined prescription for clinical treatment. The results found that, in accordance with the principle of strengthening earth to generate metal can not only make unilaterally a full play to its advantages, but also emerge with a new effect and efficiency. The rules of five elements play a significant role not only in theory of traditional Chinese medicine viscera and diagnosis but also in compound prescription.
