| 龚廷贤是明代旴江著名儒医，《万病回春》和《寿世保元》是其主要代表作，流传甚广。书中介绍的中医外治临床应用颇具特色，具有较高的文献研究价值，现将其主要外治特点整理分析如下：根据病位灵活选用疗法、妙用多样熨法治疗疑难杂症、善用孔窍治疗急慢病症、突出痈疽疮疡治疗特色4个方面，为临床研究和应用中医外治疗法提供借鉴。 |

| GONG Ting-xian, Ming dynasty medical Confucian, was an abundance-minded Xujiang physician. The Diseases Rejuvenation and Shou Shi Bao Yuan, Gong's represent works,had spread widely. The clinical application about external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of both two books is very special, and has high value in literature researches. Now the main characteristics of external treatment are analyzed as follows. It was making flexible treatment according to the location of the disease, using kinds of medicated ironing to cure difficult miscellaneous diseases. He was good at using crevice to care acute or chronic disease and prominent the characteristics of superficial treatment in ulcer, skin and external disease. Both two books provide reference for clinical research and application of traditional Chinese medicine external therapy. |
