北细辛根化学成分研究

摘要:
[目的] 研究北细辛根乙醇提取部分的化学成分。[方法] 应用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶、制备高效液相等方法分离纯化化合物,并通过核磁共振、质谱等方法对化合物进行结构鉴定。[结果] 从北细辛根二氯甲烷部分分离鉴定了15个化合物,分别为:(1R,2S,5R,6R)-5'-O-methylpluviatilol、咖啡酸甲酯、(2E,4E,8E)-N-isobutyl-2,4,8-decatrienamide、升麻酸、(1S,4S,5S)-5-isopropyl-2-methyl-2-cyclohexene-1,4-diol、(±)-asarinol A、对羟基苯甲醛、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸、4-羟基-苯乙醇、对羟基肉桂酸、β-谷甾醇、L-细辛脂素、3,4-亚甲二氧基苯甲酸、卡枯醇和3,4-二甲氧基肉桂醇。[结论] 结果中前10个化合物1~10为首次从北细辛中分离得到。

Chemical constituents from the roots of Asarum heterotroprides var. mandshuricum

Abstract:
[Objective] To investigate the chemical constituents from the alcohol fraction of the roots of Asarum heterotroprides var. Mandshuricum.[Methods] Column chromatographies of silica gel, preparative HPLC and Sephadex LH-20 are applied to isolate the chemical constituents. Pure compounds were elucidated by means of 1H NMR, 13C NMR and LC-MS.[Results] Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as (1R, 2S, 5R, 6R)-5'-O-methylpluviatilol, methyl caffeate, (2E, 4E, 8E)-N-isobutyl-2, 4, 8-decatrienamide, cimicifugic acid, (1S, 4S, 5S)-5-isopropyl-2-methyl-2-cyclohxene-1, 4-diol, (±)-asarinol A, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 4-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol, p-hydroxycinnamic acid, β-sitosterol, L-asarinin, piperonylic acid, kakuol and 3, 4-dimethoxycinnamylic alcohol.[Conclusion] Compounds 1~10 were obtainted from Asarum heterotroprides var. mandshuricum for the first time.
