[目的]观察化浊解毒方联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血清脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)的影响。[方法]筛选符合浊毒内蕴证型的2型糖尿病患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服化浊解毒方,8周后检测甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、游离脂肪酸(FFA),以及LPL的变化。[结果]研究过程中脱落9例患者,最终完成91例,其中治疗组44例,对照组47例。两组患者治疗前各项指标无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者血清TG、TC、LDL、FFA水平均显著下降(P<0.01),LPL水平明显升高(P<0.01),与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。[结论]化浊解毒方可能通过升高血清LPL水平影响患者脂代谢性况,从而改善2型糖尿病患者的血脂水平。 |

Clinical observation of removing turbidity and detoxication decoction combined with metformin effect on lipoprotein lipase in patients with type 2 diabetes |

[Objective] To observe the effect of removing turbidity and detoxication decoction combined with metformin on Lipoprotein lipase in patients with type 2 diabetes.[Methods] The 100 Patients were screened with type 2 diabetes who belong to turbidity and detoxication intrinsic type, and divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group added removing turbidity and detoxication decoction on basis of conventional treatment. Clinical symptoms and signs were evaluate, also the change of triglycerides, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, free fatty acids, and lipoprotein lipase after 8 weeks were detected.[Results] In the course of the study, 9 cases were lost, and 91 cases were completed, of which 44 cases in the treatment group and 47 cases in the control group. The two groups showed no difference before treatment. After treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group, the levels of serum TG, TC, LDL, FFA were significantly decreased in the treatment group, LPL level was significantly increased, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant.[Conclusion] Detoxication decoction may increase the level of serum LPL to affect the lipid metabolism of patients, in order to improve the level of blood lipid in type 2 diabetic patients and relieve the clinical symptoms and signs. |
