[目的]观察黄连降糖片对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠血清白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。[方法]SD大鼠随机分为造模组和空白组,造模组给予高脂高糖饲料喂养4周后,用新鲜配制的链脲佐菌素(STZ)溶液,按45 mg/kg腹腔注射造T2DM大鼠模型。造模成功后黄连降糖片不同剂量组(分别为生药0.081、0.162、0.243、0.324、0.405、0.486、0.567、0.648、0.729 g/kg)予以指定剂量灌胃,阳性对照组予盐酸二甲双胍片0.2 g/kg灌胃,模型组及空白组予同体积蒸馏水灌胃。灌胃4周后,检测空腹血糖(FBG)、TNF-α、IL-6的水平。[结果]与模型组相比,黄连降糖片不同剂量组FBG、TNF-α、IL-6水平明显下降(P<0.05)。[结论]黄连降糖片可明显降低T2DM模型大鼠血清中的TNF-α、IL-6水平。 |

Effect of Huanglian Jiangtang tablet on IL-6 and TNF-α in type 2 diabetic mellitus rats |

[Objective] To observe the effects of Huanglian Jiangtang Tablets on serum IL-6 and TNF-α level in type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM) rats.[Methods] SD rats were randomly divided into model group and blank group, model group build the model of T2DM rats by intraperitoneal injection the freshly prepared streptozotocin (STZ) solution at 45mg/kg after 4 weeks of high fat diet feeding. After the success of modeling Huanglian Jiangtang tablets of different dosage groups (respectively crude drug 0.081, 0.162, 0.243, 0.324, 0.405, 0.486, 0.567, 0.648, 0.729 g/kg), give defined dose to the rats. Positive group were given Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets 0.2 g/kg, the model group and the control group were treated with the same volume of distilled water. After 4 weeks, detecting FBG, TNF-alpha and IL-6 level.[Results] Compared with the model group, the FBG, TNF-α, IL-6 levels of huanglianjiangtang tablets of different doses were significantly decreased (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Huanglian Jiangtang tablets can significantly reduce the TNF-α, IL-6 level in serum of T2DM rats. |
