摘要:

陈宝贵教授从医近50载，在崩漏的诊治方面积累了丰富的临床经验。陈教授诊治崩漏思路灵活，辨证精准，用药独到，药少力专。主要从脾虚、肾虚、血热和血瘀等方面辨证，分别采用补益肝肾，活血止血；补肾健脾，固冲摄血；益气健脾，养血止血；益气补肾，温经止血；清热凉血；养血化瘀等治法，疗效显著。余有幸跟随其门诊十余年，总结陈宝贵教授治疗崩漏的临证经验，以飨同道。

Abstract:

Professor CHEN Baogui became a doctor for nearly 50 years, in the diagnosis and treatment of uterine bleeding has accumulated rich clinical experience. He thought of diagnosis and treatment of uterine bleeding syndrome is flexible, accurate, less medication and unique medicine special force. Mainly from the spleen and kidney and blood heat and blood stasis, syndrome differentiation, respectively by tonifying the liver and kidney, tonifying kidney, activating blood to stop bleeding; Guchong blood; spleen qi, kidney qi, nourishing blood and hemostasis; temperature by heat and cooling blood; nourishing hemostasis; removing blood stasis, curative effect.
