摘要:

[目的] 选用生存质量调查（EHP-30）评分量表评估子宫内膜异位症（慢性盆腔痛）患者的生存质量及相关影响因素。[方法] 选择子宫内膜异位症（慢性盆腔痛）患者70例作为病例组，同期社区健康女性77例作为对照组。采用横断面调查研究方法，收集两组受试者的一般资料及病例组患者的病程、中医证候积分、视觉模拟（VAS）评分等，采用EHP-30对两组受试者的生存质量进行评估，同时采用多重线性回归方法探究子宫内膜异位症（慢性盆腔痛）患者的影响因素。[结果] 与对照组比较，病例组的3个维度（疼痛、控制和无力感、情感健康）及EHP总评分明显偏高（P<0.01）。多重线性回归分析，病程、中医证候积分及各证候特征与EHP-30总评分无相关性（P>0.05）。而VAS评分与EHP-30总评分之间具有相关性（P<0.05）。[结论] 子宫内膜异位症（慢性盆腔痛）的生存质量情况较健康人普遍偏低。

Abstract:

[Objective] To evaluate the Health-related quality of life and its influence factors in endometriosis (chronic pelvic pain).[Methods] The 70 endometriosis-associated chronic pelvic pain patients were chosen as the case group and 77 healthy women at the same age were chosen as the control group. A cross-sectional survey method was used to collect the general information in both groups and the data on the course of disease, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) pattern score and visual analog scale (VAS) score. The Health-related quality of life was evaluated according to the EHP-30. The factors were analyzed with multiple stepwise regression analysis.[Results] Comparing with the control group, the scores of pain, control and power lessness, emotional well-being and general health in the EHP-30 in the case group were significantly higher(P<0.01). The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between TCM pattern score, course of disease and Health-related quality of life(P>0.05). However, there was significant correlation between VAS and Health-related quality of life (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The Health-related quality of life in the endometriosis-associated chronic pelvic pain patients is generally lower than that in the healthy persons.
