| 捏脊手法临床应用广泛，但其操作并不统一，其“药性”内涵古医籍中并没有明确的记载，文章通过分析认为捏脊手法遵循《肘后备急方》的操作方向由下至上操作更为妥善，因作用于督脉与膀胱经，属温热类手法，能振奋阳气，对于阴寒类、虚寒类的病证均有一定治疗作用。 |

| Children chiropractic technique is widely used in clinic, but its operation is not unified, the connotation of "property of a medicine" in ancient medical books and there is no clear record, by analyzing the operation direction that chiropractic follow Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang bottom-up operation is more appropriate, because acting on the governor vessel and bladder, belongs to the warm technique that can inspire yang, for both disorders, type of deficiency of yin cold treating effect. |
