| 慢性胃炎是临床常见的消化系统疾病，中医药治疗优势显著。张伯礼教授临证数十载，在治疗慢性疾病方面积累了丰富的经验。文章对张伯礼教授治疗胃痛验案一则进行整理，从辨证论治及遣方用药等方面进行浅析，体悟张伯礼教授中医临床辨证思维。 |

This paper analyses Professor ZHANG Boli's syndrome differentiation and treatment through one proved case, which reflects the unique thinking strategy. |
