| 肠道机械屏障是防止肠腔中有毒物质入侵机体的重要屏障结构，而紧密连接蛋白是其主要结构基础，主要包括claudin-1、occludin及ZO-1蛋白等。多种消化系统疾病，包括溃疡性结肠炎、急性胰腺炎、肠易激综合症、功能性消化不良等疾病的发生发展均有肠道紧密连接蛋白及机械屏障相关。就近年来研究发现中医药对肠道紧密连接蛋白具有一定调控作用进行综述。 |

| The intestinal mechanical barrier plays an important role in protection the body from infiltrating of toxic substances and the tight junction proteins were the structural basis, including claudin-1, occluidn and ZO-1 and so on. The intestinal mechanical barrier and tight junction proteins were closely related to many digestive diseases, such as ulcerative colitis, acute pancreatitis, irritable bowel syndrome, functional dyspepsia. Recently many researches have found that the traditional Chinese medicine can modulate the intestinal tight junction proteins. This article reviewed the advances in study of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the intestinal tight junction proteins. |
