当归四逆汤治疗心血管疾病作用机制及应用进展

摘要:

心血管疾病是目前临床常见的多发病与高危病之一，西医西药治疗难以完全控制，治疗成本较高。当归四逆汤属中医传统经方，随着研究的深入，部分临床应用者发现其对心血管系统有着多方面的治疗作用，包括保护心肌细胞、抑制炎性因子、血管内皮保护及抗凝血等方面。结合近年来对当归四逆汤的临床及实验研究，对当归四逆汤治疗心血管疾病的作用机制以及目前的临床应用进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Cardiovascular disease is one of the most frequent and high-risk diseases in clinic, and Western medicine is difficult to control completely and the cost of treatment is high. Danggui Sini decoction belongs to traditional Chinese medicine, and as the research progresses, some clinical users find that it has many therapeutic effects on cardiovascular system, including the protection of myocardial cells, inhibition of inflammatory factors, vascular endothelial protection and anticoagulation. The author combined with the clinical and experimental study of Danggui Sini decoction in recent years, the mechanism of Danggui Sini decoction in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases and the current clinical application progress are reviewed.
