摘要:

[目的]基于中医传承辅助平台软件，分析和总结中医药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的用药规律，为进一步挖掘中医药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎及新药研发提供参考。[方法]检索收集PubMed、中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台和维普数据库收录的近5年中医药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的文献并建立方剂数据库，运用中医传承辅助平台软件对方剂数据库进行四气、五味、归经分布，频次统计、组方规律、药物间关联度、核心组合、新方分析，挖掘其中的用药规律。[结果]筛选出治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的方剂239个，确定了处方中药物出现的频次，常用对药组合，演化得到新处方16个。[结论]近5年现代期刊文献中收录治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的中药药性以温、寒为主，药味以苦、辛为主，归经以脾、胃为主，药物功效以疏肝和胃、利胆泄热、散结消痞、清热燥湿和补脾理气为主，体现了胆汁反流性胃炎的临床治疗原则。

Abstract:

[Objective] To analyze and summarize the rule of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of bile reflux gastritis based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system, so as to provide reference for further excavation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis and new drug development.[Methods] Retrieval of PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Plat, and Weipu Database for the collection of literature on the treatment of bile reflux gastritis in the past 5 years and establishment of a prescription database.The software integration data mining method was used to distribute prescriptions according to "four odors", "five flavors" and "meridians"in the database and achieve frequency statistics,prescription regularity,correlation between drugs, core combinations and new prescription analysis.[Results] The 239 prescriptions of bile reflux gastritis were screened, and the frequency of prescription herbs was determined. The 16 new prescriptions were obtained.[Conclusion] Over the past 5 years, modern periodical literature contains bile reflux gastritis, warm medicine and cold medicine, the main flavor is bitterness and symplectic. It was mainly based on the spleen and stomach. Drug efficacy to dispersing liver-qi and regulating stomach, benefit gallbladder and removes evil heat, dispersing stagnation and resolving mass,dissipating heat and drying the damp, supplement spleen and regulating qi, mainly reflected the clinical treatment of bile reflux gastritis principle.
