| 总结周岱翰教授治疗胃癌的临证经验。周教授认为胃癌的中医治疗注重顾护“胃气”，认为“有胃气则生，无胃气则死”；在保胃气方面，辨证论治，善用补气药；遣方用药时注重整体辨证，顾及旁脏；提倡“药食同源”，对胃癌患者的饮食调养应当辨证施膳。 |

| This paper summarizes Professor ZHOU Daihan's experience in treating gastric cancer. Professor ZHOU holds that the key of gastric cancer treatment is tonifying protection of stomach qi, and points that "vitalization of stomach qi ensuring life, depletion of stomach qi causing death". For tonifying protection of stomach qi, his treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and he excels at using qi tonifying drug. He focuses on overall dialectic and gives consideration to other when prescription. He calls for "homology of medicine and food", the diet for gastric cancer patients should be syndrome differentiated. |
