基于GC-MS的气血双补酒挥发性化学成分研究 |

摘要: |
[目的]采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析研究气血双补酒中的挥发性化学成分。[方法]通过水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取出气血双补酒中的挥发性化学成分,同时采用GC-MS技术对挥发油提取物进行挥发性化学成分分析研究,利用谱库检索结合药材色谱峰归属对气血双补酒挥发油进行定性分析,应用峰面积百分比法计算相对量。[结果]从气血双补酒挥发油中共鉴定出39个主要挥发性成分,其中异鲸脑酸(10.24%)相对量最高,并对各色谱峰进行药材归属,39个色谱峰全部归属至药材。[结论]通过GC-MS能够快速有效分析气血双补酒中的挥发性成分,为气血双补酒药效物质基础的研究和质量控制提供参考。 |

[Objective] The volatile chemical components in Qixue Shuangbu Tinctura were studied by GC-MS analysis.[Methods] Through the method of steam distillation to extract the volatile constituents of Qixue Shuangbu Tinctura, while using the technology of volatile oil extract of volatile chemical components in combination with GC-MS, combined with database retrieval using spectral peaks belonging to the herbs of Qixue Shuangbu Tinctura volatile oil by qualitative analysis, the calculation of relative quantity by peak area percentage method.[Results] From the Qixue Shuangbu Tinctura were identified in the essential oil from the 39 major components, including pentadecanoic (10.24%) the highest relative amount, another of the chromatographic peak of medicinal materials belonging to 39 peaks all belong to medicine.[Conclusion] The volatile components in Qixue Shuangbu Tinctura can be rapidly and effectively analyzed by GC-MS method, providing reference for the research and quality control of the effective substance basis of Qixue Shuangbu Tinctura. |
