[目的] 观察柴胡合剂对儿童传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)的临床疗效及免疫调节作用。[方法] 将2014年1月-2016年12月本院收治的80例患儿按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组40例,对照组40例。对照组予静脉滴注更昔洛韦5 mg/kg,每12 h注射1次抗病毒治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用柴胡合剂口服,比较两组的临床疗效。[结果] 治疗组体温恢复正常、咽峡炎缓解、淋巴结和肝脾缩小、异型淋巴细胞恢复正常,时间缩短(P<0.01),肝功能好转(P<0.05),同时两组治疗后T细胞亚群分析均显示CD3+及CD8+水平降低、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+均较治疗前升高,治疗组效果明显(P<0.05),对EBV病毒(EBV)-DNA复制干预与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。[结论] 柴胡合剂能有效缓解传染性单核细胞增多症的临床症状及发挥免疫调节作用,对EBV-DNA复制干预无效。 |

[Objective] To observe the clinical effects of Chaihu decocotion in treating children with infectious mononucleosis (IM).[Methods] A total of 80 patients with children with IM from January 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases each. Both groups were given the basis of the same anti-viral treatment measures of intravenous drip ganciclovir 5 mg/kg each 12 h once,the treatment group was given Chaihu decocotion. The efficacy of the two groups were compared.[Results] The body temperature returned to normal time,angina relief, lymph node and spleen reduced, and atypical lymphocytes recovering time shortened compared with the control group(P<0.05),the CD3+ and CD8+ decreased, and the CD4+ and ratio of CD4+/CD8+ increased significantly in observation group and control group after treatment. There was no difference between EBV-DNA replication intervention and control group (P>0.05).[Conclusion] Chaihu decocotion have a good role of adjuvant therapy and shows better therapeutic effect on body immunity of children with IM, but replication of EBV-DNA intervention is invalid. |
