| 卵巢过度刺激综合征是促排卵治疗引起的严重并发症，在自发排卵的人群中发病率极低，自发性卵巢过度刺激合并异位妊娠在临床上极其罕见。本文报道了早期动态监测及中医保守治疗异位妊娠合并自发性卵巢过度刺激综合征1例，体现了中医异病同治、辨证论治特殊疾病的优势。 |

| Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome is a serious complication caused by ovarian stimulation, and the incidence is extremely low among the spontaneous ovulation group. Ectopic pregnancy associated with spontaneous ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome is extremely rare in clinical practice. The paper reported a case of the dynamic monitoring and early Chinese medicine conservative treatment of spontaneous ovarian hyperstimulation associated with ectopic pregnancy. It reflects the the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine. |
