软坚止痛膏治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效研究

摘要:

[目的]观察软坚止痛膏单用治疗轻中度癌性疼痛及联合盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗重度癌性疼痛的临床疗效。[方法]1）选择轻中度癌性疼痛患者，分组使用软坚止痛膏以及复方蟾酥膏，通过对比评价疗效。2）选择重度癌性疼痛患者，分组使用盐酸羟考酮控释片联合软坚止痛膏治疗以及单用盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗。[结果]对轻中度癌性疼痛患者，治疗组（软坚止痛膏组）与对照组（复方蟾酥膏组）缓解率比较，无统计学意义（P>0.05）；对重度癌性疼痛患者，治疗组（软坚止痛膏联合盐酸羟考酮控释片）与对照组（盐酸羟考酮控释片）比较，可提高癌性疼痛完全缓解率，且起效时间、持续缓解时间、平均睡眠时间、卡氏评分（KPS）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。[结论]软坚止痛膏可有效治疗轻中度癌性疼痛，用药安全；软坚止痛膏联合盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗重度癌性疼痛，能够提高疗效和患者生活质量。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Ruanjian Zhitong Ointment in the treatment of mild to moderate cancer pain and combined with oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets in the treatment of severe cancer pain.[Methods] 1) Patients with mild to moderate cancer pain were selected and divided into two groups:Ruanjian Zhitong Ointment group and Compound Bufo Venom Ointment group. 2) Severe cancer pain patients were selected and divided into two groups:oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets combined Ruanjian Zhitong Ointment group and Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled Release Tablets group.[Results] For patients with mild to moderate pain,there was no significant difference in remission rate between the treatment group (Ruanjian Zhitong Ointment group) and the control group (Compound Bufonis Ointment group)(P>0.05). For patients with severe pain,the treatment group (Ruanjian Zhitong Ointment combined oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets group) could improve the complete remission rate of cancer pain,and the onset time,sustained remission time,average sleep time and KPS compared with the control group (oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets group). The scores of HAMA and HAMD were better than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Ruanjian Zhitong Ointment can effectively treat mild to moderate cancer pain and is safe to use. Ruanjian Zhitong Ointment combined with oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets can improve the efficacy and quality of life of patients with severe cancer pain.
